Order Processing:
Orders will be processed within 1 week of receipt (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST), excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 10 - 14 days for delivery. This does not include weekend days or holidays. You will be notified through email when your merchandise has shipped.
Shipping and Handling:
Each order shall be assessed a shipping charge based on the weight of the items purchased and destination. We will not ship to a P.O. Box. You must provide your physical address to avoid delay.

To addresses within the United States:
Please allow 5-7 days for USPS first class delivery within the United States plus order processing time, and extra time for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and international destinations.
International Shipping:
DHL International Express to countries outside the United States – order delivery within 5-7 business days from ship date. Custom inspections may delay shipping. Delivery time estimate may vary for some products.
